A digital pharmacy experience that simplifies how users search, understand, and purchase medications online with confidence.

Overview

I designed Pharmahub, an online pharmacy that helps customers in Nigeria conveniently order medications online. This project focused on improving access to essential medications for users facing challenges such as difficulties visiting physical pharmacies.

Working across the full design process, I contributed to the user research, competitor analysis, user flows, wireframing and prototyping to create a simple, trustworthy, and user-friendly experience.

Goals:

  1. Understand the challenges users face when accessing physical pharmacy services.

  2. Simplify the process of finding and ordering medications online.

  3. Help users make informed purchasing decisions through clear product information.
