A mobile app that streamlines task management, communication, and reporting for 10+ cleaning teams.

Overview

I designed a mobile solution for SVP Cleaning to improve how cleaning teams manage tasks, communicate efficiently, and track completed work.

Initially focused on improving internal workflows, I designed the platform to support 20+ cleaners who faced language barriers and struggles with learning Dutch. I worked through research and scenario-based exploration to create a clear and accessible experience.

Goals:

  1. Improve communication between cleaners, supervisors, and clients.

  2. Provide clear visibility into tasks and completion status.

  3. Increase accountability through proof of work and service updates.

Cleaning teams rely on handwritten logbooks to manage tasks, making communication difficult for cleaners who struggle with Dutch or with unclear handwriting.
